The Holistic HUB: Journey to Empower Youth

The Child and Youth Permanency Council of Canada is the nation’s only nonprofit solely focused on the permanency community. We have spent over three decades empowering youth from the child welfare system. Through breaking the cycle of isolation, building strong peer connections, and equipping young people to share their stories, we amplify their voices and ensure their rights and needs remain at the heart of our advocacy. This background gives us the community insights and foundation necessary to lead our pilot project, The Holistic Hub.
